The preview demonstrates availability labels, aggregate response counts, named sample respondents, and candidate rankings. It does not establish a released policy for who can open a session, which individual marks an organizer can inspect, how revisions work, or how long responses are retained.
Mobile changes remain in local preview state and are not submitted as a Find Best Time response. Web renders a static example. There is no public response page.
Do not enter or infer sensitive participant schedule data on the assumption that the preview will provide access controls, deletion, export, or audit behavior. Those workflows must be documented only after the client surfaces are connected and verified.
