Find Best Time is designed to help a particular group compare availability and select one meeting time. The intended workflow includes timing ranges, participant responses, ranked starts, organizer selection, and a final Event.
For example, four people need a 60-minute project review sometime next week. The intended workflow would collect each response, rank the starts that fit, and let the organizer choose one.
The current reachable experience is a preview:
- Mobile uses local sample state for an Overview, My Availability grid, respondents, and ranked Best times.
- Web Find a time is a static scaffold with sample poll totals and a sample best window.
- No public Find Best Time response route is exposed.
- Save response and Schedule this time on mobile display a preview-only connection message; they do not persist a response or Event.
Underlying session and response support does not make the visible workflow released. Use the preview to understand the proposed vocabulary, not to coordinate a real meeting. For a working public scheduling flow, use an Availability Link.
