Availability Links

An Availability Link is a reusable booking page. Use one when an invitee should choose from openings that you define instead of comparing several people’s responses for one meeting.

For example, Maya offers 30-minute portfolio reviews on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Her link checks her Work calendar, leaves 15 minutes between bookings, and asks invitees what they would like reviewed.

The owner creates and saves the link on mobile or web, tests it, then copies or shares its authoritative public URL. An invitee opens that page, confirms the displayed timezone, selects a live slot, completes the form, and receives either Confirmed or Pending approval.

Harmonise starts with weekly windows and date overrides, then applies duration, start increment, notice, booking range, buffers, booking limits, capacity, and blocking Events or scheduled Tasks. A conflict removes an opening without revealing its private title or details.

Current limits

• Mobile and web expose some advanced settings differently. Mobile uses raw calendar IDs and has a narrower date-override and reminder-rule editor; web has a friendly calendar picker but no friendly Task-list picker.
• Invitee cancellation and rescheduling policies can be saved, but there is no secure public self-service cancellation or rescheduling page yet.
• Notification delivery depends on enabled preferences and configured delivery services.
• Private or allowlisted links require an already signed-in eligible Harmonise account; the public booking page does not provide a dedicated sign-in prompt.
