Before you begin

  • A new or saved Availability Link

The More tab contains advanced configuration.

  • Policies: invitee cancellation and rescheduling flags, minimum notice, and a cancellation message.
  • Service: name, category, description, preparation and cleanup buffers, and resource labels.
  • Branding: display name, business name, avatar URL, cover URL, and theme color.
  • Hosts: the saved host assignment.
  • Reminder rules: timing, channel, recipient, order, and enabled state.

Service details, branding, and the cancellation message can appear on the current public page. Booking-rule buffers, access limits, approval, and notification preferences also affect the active workflow.

Cancellation and rescheduling permissions are stored policy settings, but there is no secure invitee booking-management route for those actions. Preparation and cleanup buffers, required resources, and host fields likewise do not provide a released multi-host routing or resource-reservation interface; use the normal booking-rule buffers for slot conflicts.

Web exposes the full reminder-rule editor. Mobile preserves rules but only reports their count, and it displays the host assignment without a host picker. Branding accepts URLs rather than an image-upload workflow. Treat these as advanced fields, preview the public page after saving, and keep a recovery copy of important text before cross-platform editing.
