The mobile Overview shows an availability grid, response count, respondent panel, and ranked Best times. The If needed counts switch changes whether lower-preference marks contribute to the sample weighting.
Select a candidate to inspect which sample respondents are available. Ranking is a decision aid, not a reservation: a top result does not create an Event or block anyone’s calendar.
All visible participants and responses in the current client are preview data. The web scaffold likewise shows sample totals rather than a live session. No public response page currently supplies real participant results.
Selecting Schedule this time displays a preview-only connection message. It does not create an Event, update a session, or notify participants. Create the commitment separately with Events; the Event will not remain linked to the preview.
