A calendar is the organising layer behind a Harmonise plan. Every Event and Task has a calendar identity. The calendar supplies its colour, controls whether the item contributes to combined views, and determines whether Harmonise can write changes.

For example, you might keep Personal appointments, Work commitments, and Family plans in separate calendars. Their colours make a mixed week easier to scan, while visibility controls let you focus on one area without deleting anything.

Use multiple calendars when plans have different audiences or access rules. A shared Work calendar might be writable, while a public holiday calendar provides read-only context.

  • Harmonise calendars are created and managed inside Harmonise.
  • Connected calendars come from a Google, Outlook, Apple, Yahoo, or CalDAV account. Provider permissions decide whether each one is writable or read-only.
  • Subscribed calendars and recommended calendars are read-only feeds that update periodically.

The default calendar is the preferred choice in creation flows that use a calendar default. A standalone Task still needs a calendar selected or supplied by the screen where it is created. Changing the default affects future choices and does not move existing Events or Tasks.

On mobile

Open Settings > Calendars to connect accounts, create Harmonise calendars, choose the default, change visibility or Sync, and reorder the list. Choose Edit before changing the calendar list, then choose Save to commit the draft.

Home can filter the visible calendars used by its Events, Tasks, and Agenda panels.

On web

Open Settings. Calendar integrations manages provider connections. Calendars manages default, colour, visibility, synchronization, order, and Harmonise calendars. Choose Edit, make the changes, then choose Save.

The Home Visible calendars control filters the current browser’s planning view without deleting or changing the calendars themselves. Calendar order controls the Home calendar dropdown and other supported selectors.
