This article covers common account-connection symptoms. For subscription, import, mapping, and provider-specific recovery, see Troubleshoot calendar integrations.
Provider sign-in was cancelled
Google or Microsoft sign-in closes and no connected account appears.
What to do
Return to Settings, confirm that no account card appeared, and start the connection once more. Complete the flow in the provider window Harmonise opens.
A newly created provider calendar is missing
Choose Refresh calendars on the account card. Then choose Edit under Calendars and check Visible and Sync. Confirm the provider identity if the calendar is still absent.
Provider Events are not updating
Confirm that the account is Connected, the calendar has Sync enabled, and the calendar is not Paused by plan. Choose Sync now. A hidden calendar can continue updating, so visibility alone does not explain stale data.
What not to do
Do not recreate the provider Event while synchronization or connection repair is still in progress.
A calendar is read-only
The provider grants view-only access, the calendar is a subscription, or it is a public holiday calendar. Use it as planning context or ask the provider owner for edit access. After access changes, choose Refresh calendars. Otherwise choose an editable Harmonise calendar for the Event or Task.
Apple credentials are rejected
Create a new Apple app-specific password and use it with the Apple ID email for iCloud Calendar. Do not enter the normal Apple Account password or a verification code.
Microsoft organization consent is blocked
Ask the Microsoft 365 administrator whether Harmonise calendar access is permitted. Repeating sign-in cannot override organization policy.
The account needs reconnection
If the card shows Error or Revoked, or manual synchronization reports an access problem, use Replace credentials when available or reconnect the same provider identity. Do not repeat an uncertain provider write until you know whether the first request succeeded.
