These calendar settings answer different questions:

Setting What it means
Visible Its items can appear in normal Harmonise planning views.
Sync enabled Harmonise continues to receive supported provider updates for that external calendar.
Connected The Google, Outlook, Apple, Yahoo, or CalDAV account is available to Harmonise.
Writable Provider permissions allow Harmonise to create or change items there.

The Home calendar selector is a temporary view filter. It is separate from the saved Visible setting. Neither action deletes the calendar or its items.

On mobile

To change the saved setting:

  1. Open Settings > Calendars and choose Edit.
  2. Change the calendar’s visibility setting. For an external calendar, you can also turn Sync on or off.
  3. Choose Save.

To focus Home temporarily, open its calendar menu and select or clear visible calendars. That selection stays on the device. If a selected calendar becomes hidden or is removed, Harmonise removes it from the filter.

On web

To change the saved setting:

  1. Open Settings. In Calendars, choose Edit.
  2. Change the Visible switch for the calendar. For an external calendar, use the Sync control when it is available.
  3. Choose Save.

To focus Home temporarily, open Visible calendars and choose the calendars you want. All selects every available calendar. Default clears the explicit selection so the default calendar is used as the fallback. This Home filter is stored in the browser and does not change the mobile selection.

For an external calendar, Visible controls planning display while Sync controls provider updates. A hidden calendar with synchronization enabled continues to update. See Manage connected calendars.
