Manage calendar visibility and filtering
Hide a connected calendar from normal planning or focus the Home view on one device.
These calendar settings answer different questions:

| Saved visibility | For a connected calendar, Hide or Show controls whether its items can appear in normal Harmonise planning views. |
| Sync enabled | Harmonise continues to receive supported provider updates for that external calendar. |
| Connected | The Google, Outlook, Apple, Yahoo, or CalDAV account is available to Harmonise. |
| Writable | Provider permissions allow Harmonise to create or change items there. |
The Home calendar selector is a device-local view filter. It controls which calendars are shown in that device’s Home planning view and is separate from the saved Hide or Show setting for connected calendars. Home filtering does not delete calendars, change provider synchronization, or alter their items.
On mobile
To change the saved setting:
- Open Settings > Calendars and choose Edit.
- For a connected calendar, use Hide or Show to control whether it appears in normal planning views.
- For a connected calendar, turn Sync on or off when needed.
- Choose Save.
To focus Home, open its calendar menu and select or clear calendars. That selection is stored on the device and controls which calendars appear in that device’s Home planning view. If a selected calendar becomes hidden or is removed, Harmonise removes it from the filter.
