Account and Settings
Manage your profile, timezone, appearance, notifications, calendars, integrations, security, and account controls in Harmonise.
Before you begin
- A signed-in Harmonise account
Settings brings together your account details, planning preferences, connected services, and account controls. The guides describe the currently released mobile workflows.
What you can manage
- Profile and privacy: update your name, username, profile photo, and available email or push notification preferences.
- Date & time settings: choose the timezone source and the day your week starts on.
- Timezones: understand how profile, Event, and Task timezones behave, including when you travel.
- Appearance and font: choose the theme and font used on your device.
- Inbox and notifications: review planning requests and updates, take actions, and understand Inbox versus push notifications.
- Calendars: create and manage calendars in Harmonise, including default-calendar and visibility behavior.
- Calendar Integrations: connect provider calendars, subscriptions, and imports.
- Sync and offline use: understand refresh, cached data, and pending changes.
- Account Security: review sessions and trusted devices, change your password, or start account deletion.
- Delete account: permanently remove your Harmonise account after the required checks.
- Messaging integrations: connect Telegram or WhatsApp where the provider is available.
- Subscription: review your plan and, where available, upgrade, manage the subscription, or restore purchases.
Where to open settings
On mobile, open Settings. It is a single screen: Profile, Calendars, and Integrations open their own views, while Timezone, Week starts on, Appearance, Font, Sync, Account Security, subscription controls, and account actions are available directly from Settings.
Home can filter which calendars contribute Events and Tasks to its planning views. The Home calendar selection is a device-local viewing preference; it does not change your saved calendar settings or provider synchronization.
