Troubleshoot scheduling and coordination

Start by identifying the workflow and its current status. Availability Link owner management and public booking are available. People and Groups are previews. Find Best Time is a preview on signed-in clients and has no public response page.

Availability Link problems

Confirm that you are using the saved public URL, then check Active status, expiry, access restrictions, schedule windows, overrides, notice, capacity, limits, and conflicts. A private or allowlisted link can appear not found to a signed-out or ineligible visitor. See Troubleshoot Availability Links for the full decision path.

For an uncertain save, booking, approval, or decline, refresh before retrying. Web can resolve module conflicts; mobile requires you to reload the latest link and reapply the change.

People or Groups changes do not persist

This is an expected preview limitation. The visible relationships, group threads, planning spaces, shared items, and person-calendar content use preview data. Create group on mobile is a placeholder. Do not use storage clearing or repeated submissions to recover a relationship that was never persisted.

Find Best Time cannot save, share, or schedule

This is also expected. Save response and Schedule this time display a preview-only connection message, web is a static scaffold, and no public response route exists.

Escalate a reproducible problem

Record the platform, app or browser version, exact route or screen, safe error text, link status, timezone, and steps. Do not include passwords, verification codes, private Event or Task content, or sensitive form answers. Contact Harmonise support with that context.
