Troubleshoot People and Groups previews
Understand sample People, group, and planning-space content that does not persist as a shared workflow.
A People or Groups change does not persist
This is an expected preview limitation. Visible relationships, group threads, planning spaces, shared items, and person-calendar content use sample data. The Create group control currently displays a message that group creation will be added later.
Do not use repeated submissions or storage clearing to recover a relationship that was not saved as a durable shared workflow.
A planning action opens a sample surface
The mobile preview can open local composers or demonstration surfaces. Another member should not be expected to receive or retain those changes. Treat names, membership, shared Events and Tasks, and update histories as examples.
Escalate a reproducible problem
Record the mobile app version, screen, safe error text, and steps. Do not include passwords, verification codes, private Event or Task content, or sensitive account information. Contact Harmonise support with that context.
