Use calendar views
Use expanded month, month, and week views to plan with Events and Tasks.
Use broader views to orient yourself, then select a date to inspect its Events and Tasks.
On mobile
Home supports three calendar layouts: expanded month, month, and week. Move between layouts and dates, then select a day.
- In Month view, select a date and switch the selected-day content between Events and Tasks.
- In Week view, the selected day appears as one combined planning view. Its sections include Needs Attention, For the Day, Schedule, Anytime, and Completed.
- Schedule combines timed Events and scheduled Tasks in chronological order.
Calendar colours help distinguish calendars and their items. Day-planned Tasks remain associated with their day without occupying an exact hour.
