Use calendar views

Use broader views to orient yourself, then select a date to inspect its Events and Tasks.

On mobile

Home can show a month or week calendar. Swipe vertically on the calendar to move between the expanded month, standard month, and week layouts. Swipe horizontally to move through the active period, then select a day.

• In month mode, use the Events and Tasks tabs below the calendar.
• In week mode, use Events, Lists, or Agenda.
• Agenda positions timed Events and timed Tasks on the same working-week timeline.

Calendar colours identify item sources. Day-planned Tasks remain associated with their day without occupying an exact hour.

On web

Use the labelled tabs above Home:

• Month shows the month grid and the selected day’s Events and Tasks.
• Agenda shows the selected week with timed Events and scheduled Tasks.

Use the previous and next controls to change periods, Today to return to the current date, and select an item to open its inspector. The Event inspector provides Edit event and Delete event for writable Events; a read-only Event remains review-only. The Task inspector provides Edit task, completion, deletion, and subtask management.
