A recent change does not appear on another device
Likely causes
The first client has not finished saving, the second has not pulled recent account changes, or sync is disabled on that web browser.
What to do
Confirm the first client shows a successful save. On mobile, pull down on Home or open Sync, confirm Cloud sync for this device is on, and choose the offered action such as Sync now or Refresh visible data. On web, open Sync, confirm sync is enabled, and choose Sync now.
What not to do
Do not edit both copies repeatedly while their versions differ; that can create a conflict.
Provider Events have not refreshed
Likely causes
Harmonise account sync and provider updates are separate. The external calendar may have Sync turned off, be delayed, or be in an error state. A hidden calendar with synchronization enabled continues to update.
What to do
Open calendar Settings, confirm the account is connected and its calendar has Sync enabled, then choose Sync now on the account card. Use Refresh calendars only when the calendar list or access changed.
A save failed while disconnected on mobile
Likely causes
Some mobile Event and Task actions still require the server when saving and are not guaranteed to queue for later upload.
What to do
Restore the connection, reopen the item, confirm whether the change was saved, and repeat the action once if it was not.
What not to do
Do not assume an erroring mobile save will upload automatically later.
A web change remains pending
Likely causes
The browser is offline, account sync is disabled for that browser, the server could not be reached, or a conflict blocks progress.
What to do
Preserve the browser’s site data. Open Sync, turn sync on if necessary, review any conflict, and choose Sync now. Wait for the pending count to reach zero and a successful sync time to appear.
What not to do
Do not clear site data, switch browsers, or sign out while the only copy of an important change is pending.
A conflict needs review on web
Harmonise shows an open conflict in the web Sync panel.
Likely causes
The same item changed in more than one place before the versions synchronized.
What to do
Open Sync, review the conflict, and choose Keep local or Keep server. Synchronize again if pending work remains.
What not to do
Do not choose a version until you understand which changes it contains.
Mobile says Needs review
Likely causes
A conflict was detected, but mobile does not expose a version-choice screen.
What to do
Open Sync on mobile and choose Fetch latest conflict status. Use the web Sync panel to choose a conflict version when available.
Refresh cannot complete
Likely causes
The client is offline, the signed-in account changed, sync is disabled on web, or the service rejected the refresh.
What to do
Confirm the connection and account, read the visible error, and use Try syncing again, Retry checking this device, or Retry once. Confirm sync is enabled for the current device or browser. If cached data is still visible, treat it as older information until refresh succeeds.
