  • Access to the signed-in People preview

A group is intended to keep a reusable set of people together. Its planning space is intended to collect the Events, Tasks, availability decisions, and updates that the group coordinates.

Current mobile behavior

The People screen can show sample group threads. Selecting one opens a planning-space preview with plan and Task tabs, sample items, update details, and a planning action menu. The Create group control currently displays a message that group creation will be added later.

Planning-space content is loaded from preview sources. Controls can open local composers or demonstration surfaces, but the space is not wired as a durable shared workspace. Another member should not be expected to receive or retain those changes.

Current web behavior

The web People page represents people and groups as static planning-thread rows. It does not provide a complete group editor or persisted planning-space workflow.

Treat names, membership, shared Tasks, shared Events, and update histories shown in these views as examples. For a released group-booking workflow that does not create a planning space, see Group bookings with an Availability Link.
