What you can change

You can rename and recolour calendars created in Harmonise. Connected calendar names and colours are controlled by the provider and refreshed from that provider.

You can reorder Harmonise and connected calendars. The order controls their position in the Home calendar dropdown and other supported calendar selectors; it does not promise the same order in every list or screen.

Edit on mobile

  1. Open Settings > Calendars.
  2. Choose Edit.
  3. For a Harmonise calendar, edit its name or choose its colour control.
  4. Drag the reorder handle to move a calendar within the displayed account group.
  5. Choose Save.

Calendars are grouped by provider account, such as Harmonise or Google plus the account email. Reordering does not move a calendar into another account.

Edit on web

  1. Open Settings and find Calendars.
  2. Choose Edit.
  3. Edit a Harmonise calendar’s name, choose its colour, or use the up and down buttons.
  4. Choose Save.

Connected calendar titles cannot be renamed from Harmonise. If an external name or colour is wrong, change it in the provider and use Refresh calendars on the account card.

Colour and item identity

Calendar colour is used to distinguish Events and calendar-assigned Tasks. Changing a Harmonise calendar’s colour updates how its items are presented; it does not change the items themselves.

If Save fails

Keep the screen open, restore your connection, and retry. If another device changed calendar settings first, reload the calendar list and repeat the change against the latest version.
