Think of Harmonise as one plan with three layers:

  1. Calendars organise the plan. Every Event and Task belongs to a calendar.
  2. Events reserve a date or time for a commitment.
  3. Tasks track work that can be completed, with an optional Due Date and an optional Scheduled Date or Scheduled Date and Time.

Due Date and Scheduled Date are different

A Task’s Due Date answers “When must this be finished?” Its Scheduled Date answers “When will I work on it?” Add a time when you need a Scheduled Date and Time. You can use either one or both. Moving a Scheduled Date or Scheduled Date and Time does not move the Due Date.

On mobile

Home combines the calendar with Events, Tasks or Lists, and Agenda views. Use All Plans when you want broader Task filters. Mobile lets you choose a Task calendar and use date-only or timed planning.

On web

Home combines a Month or Agenda workspace with the selected day’s Events and Tasks. A standalone Task needs a calendar selected or supplied by its creation screen; a default can guide supported choices but is not silently assigned to every standalone Task. Web creation currently supports exact Due Date and Time values and timed Scheduled Date and Time values.

The same saved calendar identity stays with an Event or Task across mobile, web, and synchronization.
