Before you begin
Choose a Thursday and Friday that are still in the future. If you already have a writable Work calendar, use it instead of creating another one.
On mobile
- Open Settings > Calendars, choose Edit, then New Calendar.
- Name it Work, choose a colour, select Create, then Save.
- Open the Create menu and choose Event.
- Enter Project proposal review, choose Work, and set Friday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Choose Create.
- Open Create again and choose Task.
- Enter Prepare project proposal and choose Work in the header.
- Choose Due, select Friday, turn Include time on, and set 12:00 PM.
- Set Estimated duration to 90 minutes.
- Choose Add details > Schedule, turn All-day off, and set Thursday from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Choose Done.
- Add the subtasks Confirm the latest figures, Draft the proposal, Review it, and Submit the final copy.
- Choose Create, then open Home Agenda to review the scheduled Task before the Event.
If the result looks wrong
- If Work cannot be selected, confirm it is visible and writable.
- If the Task is on another calendar, open it, choose Edit task, and select Work.
- If the Task Scheduled Date and Time falls after its Due Date or Due Date and Time, move it earlier.
- If an item does not appear, check the Home calendar filter and refresh the current view.
