Before you begin
- A signed-in Harmonise account
Your profile shows the identity used across Harmonise. The current mobile and web profile screens can save core profile changes.
On mobile
- Open Settings and choose Profile.
- In Profile Settings, choose Name or Username to edit it.
- Choose the photo action to select and crop a profile image, or choose Remove Photo to return to initials.
- Under Privacy, turn Email notifications or Push notifications on or off.
Wait for Saving… to finish. If a save error appears, keep the screen open and retry after restoring the connection.
On web
- Open Settings and choose the Profile card.
- In Profile settings, edit Name or Username.
- Use the profile-photo controls to upload, crop, replace, or remove the image.
- In the privacy section, change Email notifications or Push notifications.
Privacy and account identity
The profile displays Free/busy sharing, but the inspected profile screens do not expose it as an editable switch. Do not treat a displayed value as a setting you can change there.
Your signed-in account identity is separate from your public name and username. Changing profile text does not change the identity used to sign in.
Logout is available through the account navigation, but deleting the Harmonise account is not documented here because the inspected profile screens do not expose a complete account-deletion workflow.
