Profile and privacy
View and update the profile details and notification preferences exposed by Harmonise.
Before you begin
- A signed-in Harmonise account
Your profile shows the identity used across Harmonise. The current mobile profile screen lets you update core profile details and notification preferences.
On mobile
- Open Settings and choose Profile.
- In Profile Settings, choose Name or Username to edit it.
- Choose Change photo to select and crop a new profile image, or choose Remove Photo to return to initials.
- Under Privacy, turn Email notifications or Push notifications on or off.
Wait for the save to finish. If Save fails, keep the screen open and retry. If you are offline, reconnect first.
Privacy and account identity
The profile displays Free/busy sharing, but the current profile screen does not expose it as an editable switch. The displayed value describes what others can see when finding time with you.
Your signed-in account identity is separate from your public name and username. Changing profile text does not change the identity used to sign in.
