Writable and read-only calendars
Know which calendars can receive changes and how provider permissions affect them.
A writable calendar is one Harmonise can edit. It can receive new Events and calendar-assigned Tasks. Harmonise calendars are writable. A connected calendar is writable when Google, Outlook, Apple, Yahoo, or a compatible CalDAV server grants Harmonise edit access.
A Read-only label means the connected account can view the calendar but cannot change it. Read-only calendars can provide planning context, but they cannot become the default or be used for new items, edits, or deletions that require edit access.
Common examples include:

On mobile
The calendar picker excludes or disables invalid destinations. In Settings > Calendars, read-only provider calendars show their access state. If access changed at the provider, use Refresh calendars for the connection and check again.
