Edit, pause, reactivate, or delete a link
Safely change a saved Availability Link and handle concurrent edits.

Before you begin
- A saved Availability Link with owner access
Open Availability or Availability links, select a saved link, make changes, and save. Unsaved navigation on web asks for confirmation.
Use Pause to stop new public bookings without archiving the link. Select Reactivate when its configuration is ready again. Existing booking records remain available.
Select Delete only when you want to archive the link. Deletion removes it from active owner use and makes the public route unavailable, but it does not erase retained booking records.
Harmonise protects against overwriting a newer version:
- On web, non-conflicting editor modules can be merged. If the same module changed in both places, Resolve changes made elsewhere lets you choose Use my changes or Use latest changes for each conflict, then review and save again.
- On mobile, a message tells you that the link was updated elsewhere. Reload the latest version, reapply your change, and save again.
Never keep retrying an outdated save without reloading; doing so cannot safely decide which version should win.
