Before you begin
- Access to the signed-in Find Best Time preview
The intended organizer request contains a meeting title, participant context, date range, one or more preferred time ranges, duration, timezone, and response settings. That complete create-and-share workflow is not connected in the current clients.
On mobile, open Find Best Time to enter a sample request. You can explore its event details, timing settings, availability grid, respondents, and ranked results, but the request is already supplied by preview data.
On web, Find Best Time shows a static example rather than a request editor.
You cannot currently create a durable request, invite participants, generate a share URL, reopen a saved session, close responses, or schedule the selected result through these screens. Do not send an inferred URL or treat preview participant names as real invitations.
