Before you begin
- The mobile Find Best Time preview
In the mobile preview, switch to My Availability and choose a paint tool:
- Available marks preferred time.
- If needed marks time that can work with lower preference.
- Erase removes a mark, leaving the slot unavailable in your response.
Tap or drag across slots to paint availability. You can clear the local grid and switch back to Overview to see how the sample ranking changes.
The If needed counts setting determines whether those lower-preference marks contribute to the sample results. Selecting Save response displays a preview-only connection message. The marks are not uploaded, shared with an organizer, or restored as a durable response. There is no web or public participant grid in the current clients.
Do not enter sensitive schedule information into a preview expecting a specific retention or sharing workflow. Use it only to understand how the planned interaction works.
