Before you begin

  • A saved Availability Link and its authoritative public URL

Under More, choose the access level:

  • Public: anyone with the URL can open it unless an email or domain allowlist is set.
  • Unlisted: works by direct URL and is not intended for discovery. In the current service it has the same anonymous access behavior as Public.
  • Private: requires an already signed-in Harmonise account.

Allowed email addresses or domains further restrict access to a signed-in account whose active email matches. An ineligible or signed-out visitor receives a not-found result; the public page does not provide a dedicated sign-in handoff. Test a restricted link in the exact account state your invitee will use.

An Active link can accept bookings until it expires or reaches a limit. A Paused, expired, archived, or missing link does not expose its booking page. Copy or share only the authoritative public URL shown after save.

Mobile accepts comma-separated allowlists and a text expiry value; web uses one value per line and a date-time control. Review the saved result after editing either platform.
