Before you begin
- A signed-in Harmonise account with a public username
- At least one usable calendar for conflict checking
Create and save a reusable booking page, then test the same public URL an invitee will open.
Scenario
Maya is setting up 30-minute portfolio reviews on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. She wants her Work calendar to remove busy times, a 15-minute buffer after each booking, and one required question about what the invitee wants reviewed.
Completed result
Maya has an Active link with a saved public URL, eligible times in the correct timezone, and a form that collects name, email, and review topic.
Before you begin
Sign in, confirm that your profile has a username, and identify the calendar that should block busy time. The authoritative public URL is available only after the link is saved.
On mobile
- Open Availability.
- Select the create control to open Create Availability.
- In Basics, enter a title and slug, choose One-to-one or Group, and set the appointment duration and location.
- In Availability, choose the page and schedule timezones, then add weekly windows and any date overrides.
- In Rules, set notice, booking window, buffers, conflicts, limits, and approval mode.
- In Form, choose optional fields and add custom questions.
- Review More for notifications, access, policies, service details, and branding.
- Select Create. Wait for Availability link created before copying or sharing the returned public URL.
On web
- Open Availability links from the dashboard and select Create availability link.
- Complete Basics, Availability, Rules, Form, and More.
- Save the link, then use the public URL returned by Harmonise.
Preview and test
Open Preview to review the saved configuration, then open the public booking page. Check the timezone, a known free period, a known busy period, required form fields, and the expected approval result. The owner preview does not submit a test booking.
Copy and share
Use Copy or Share only after saving. Your public URL uses your account username and the link slug. If Harmonise cannot form the URL, confirm that your profile has a username. Do not construct the URL manually or share an unsaved draft.
What happens next
Bookings appear in the link’s booking manager. Automatic approval confirms a valid request; manual approval keeps it Pending approval until you act.
Troubleshooting
If creation is rejected, check required Basics fields, timezone, schedule windows, numeric limits, and your username. If the link changed elsewhere, reload and review before saving again. See Troubleshoot Availability Links.
