Configure booking rules

Open Rules to control which starts remain eligible.

Field	Effect
Minimum notice	Removes times that are too close to now.
Booking window	Limits how far ahead an invitee can book.
Start increment	Sets spacing between candidate starts; it can differ from duration.
Buffer before / after	Reserves extra conflict time around a booking.
Daily limit	Caps active bookings for a date.
Maximum bookings	Caps active bookings across the link.
Expiry	Makes the public link unavailable after the saved time.
Group capacity	Caps attendees sharing one start time.

Each public request is validated again when it is submitted. A time that was visible can be rejected if another booking consumed its capacity, a blocking Event or Task appeared, or a limit was reached. The invitee should refresh and select another time after a conflict.

For Group links, total capacity and maximum guests per booking add another set of limits. Pending-approval and confirmed bookings consume capacity while active.
