- None; use this guide to choose a scheduling workflow
Use an Availability Link when you want another person to pick from openings that your rules calculate. The same link can accept multiple bookings over time, and the owner workflow and public booking page are connected to saved data.
Use Find Best Time when a particular group needs to express availability and compare candidate times for one meeting. The visible Find Best Time experience is still a preview: mobile uses sample local state, web is a scaffold, and there is no public response route or complete scheduling action.
| Need | Use now |
|---|---|
| Reusable one-to-one booking page | Availability Link |
| Group-capacity session with multiple seats | Availability Link with Group booking type |
| Manual approval before confirming | Availability Link |
| Collect each participant’s availability for one decision | Find Best Time concept, but not as a live end-to-end workflow yet |
| Create a final Event from ranked group responses | Coming soon in Find Best Time |
An Availability Link group booking is capacity-based; it does not collect a separate availability grid from every attendee.
