The link cannot be created or a save is rejected
Check the title, slug, username, timezones, duration, weekly windows, required choice options, and numeric limits. Correct the highlighted field rather than repeatedly submitting the same draft. If the link changed elsewhere, reload and review the latest saved sections before applying your change again.
The link is not found
Confirm that the URL came from the saved link, the link is Active, its expiry has not passed, and it was not archived. For Private or allowlisted access, test while signed in to an eligible Harmonise account. Ineligible access intentionally appears as not found.
No times appear
Check weekly windows, date overrides, schedule timezone, duration, start increment, minimum notice, booking window, buffers, daily and total limits, group capacity, and blocking Events or Tasks. A date override replaces the weekly schedule for that date.
If a calendar is missing on web, confirm that it still exists and is available to the account. Remove a stale unavailable ID. Mobile uses comma-separated calendar IDs, so check spelling. For a fully blocked date, add an unavailable override instead of relying on an all-day Event.
The form is rejected
Complete every required field, use a valid email, select only configured choice values, and keep attendee count within the displayed capacity. Complete bot verification when shown.
A selected time became unavailable
Another booking or new conflict may have consumed it. Refresh slots and choose another time. Do not repeatedly submit different forms for the same appointment.
For a Group link, reduce the attendee count or choose another start when remaining capacity is full.
A save changed elsewhere
Use web conflict resolution, or reload and reapply on mobile. For an uncertain approve, decline, or booking request, refresh the booking list before retrying. See the cross-feature scheduling and coordination troubleshooting guide for escalation details.
If a pending request cannot be approved, refresh it first. It may already have changed, the link may have been archived, or the request may no longer be pending. Do not repeatedly approve an unchanged error state.
