Before you begin

  • A saved Availability Link with owner access

Maya receives a portfolio-review request that needs approval. She opens the booking manager, reviews the requested time and answer, then approves it after confirming the review fits the session.

On mobile

Open an Availability Link and select its bookings action. The list groups bookings into Pending approval, Confirmed upcoming, Past, and Cancelled / declined. Pull or use the visible refresh action before retrying an uncertain decision. A pending card exposes Approve and Decline.

On web

Open the link and select Bookings. The page groups bookings into Pending approval, Confirmed upcoming, Past, and Declined / cancelled and provides count filters for All, Pending approval, Upcoming, Past, and Declined / cancelled. Use Refresh to reconcile recent changes.

Booking cards can show the invitee’s contact details, time, status, attendee count, message, custom answers, and Event side-effect information. Use Refresh before acting when a recent request or earlier action is uncertain.

Act on a pending request

On either platform:

  1. Check the time, attendee count, and submitted answers.
  2. Select Approve to confirm it, or Decline and confirm the dialog.
  3. Wait for the success state. If the network result is ambiguous, refresh before retrying.

Owner cancellation, rescheduling, completion, decline reasons, and direct contact actions are not available in this booking manager. Archiving the link does not erase existing booking records.
