The availability schedule defines when a booking may start before notice, capacity, and conflict rules are applied.

For a regular schedule, you might set Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, then add an override that makes Friday, 18 July unavailable. For a split day, add separate morning and afternoon windows.

  1. Open Availability in the link editor.
  2. Choose the schedule timezone.
  3. Enable each working day and add one or more start-and-end windows.
  4. Add a date override for a holiday, leave, or a special working day.
  5. Mark an override unavailable or provide replacement windows, then save.

An override replaces the regular weekly windows for that date; it does not add to them. Web supports multiple windows in one override. The current mobile editor keeps one window per override, so use web when a special date needs split availability.

A schedule window allows slot generation; it does not guarantee every possible start. Duration, increment, notice, buffers, limits, capacity, and conflicts can remove starts from that window.

Harmonise interprets windows in the schedule timezone. Invalid local times during daylight-saving changes are skipped rather than offered. The public page shows invitees times in their detected browser timezone and refreshes slots when that timezone differs from the initial result.
